Over the past few weeks I have had a great opportunity to present and talk about my scroll to people during my solo exhibition “On Trees” at Suki and Hugh Galllery in Bungendore, NSW.
The response to the scroll has been overwhelmingly positive. People have returned multiple times to observe the progress of the scroll, often bringing friends back with them.
So many different and interesting conversations have been conducted over the scroll – we have talked about the policies other countries have for dealing with climate change and encouraging biodiversity, the roles of different plants, green deserts, and much more. People have been interested to learn more about plants and their importance to us and for other living creatures.
This is very encouraging.
